Healthwise was recently recognized by the Idaho Psychological Association with a Psychologically Healthy Workplace “Best Practice” Award for their novel Executive Communication Counseling Model, which was designed to strengthen and support the vital relationship between Healthwise’s two top executives.  To keep their efforts in sync and their communication open, honest, and productive, the individuals in those positions have met regularly, as equals, with a licensed professional counselor since 1999.
