IPA is a volunteer-driven and volunteer-powered organization.  Our volunteer leaders help determine and help serve the changing needs of IPA's members.  If we get stuck, they roll up their sleeves and push us through.  Consider joining this fun group of service-oriented individuals for an exciting ride!

In addition to the above leaders, IPA has two part-time contractors:  a part-time lobbyist to monitor legislation and a part-time Executive Director. 

The role of the Executive Director position is to assist association officers in accomplishing the tasks necessary to achieve goals set for the association, to help provide consistency between changing officers and to foster communication between all parties.
