Due to medical issues, I will be retiring from my private practice in Salt Lake City and moving to St. George, Utah at the end of March 2018.I have a well-established private practice as a neuropsychologist with a good referral base. Clientele consists of children over the age of 5, adolescents, and adults. We complete neuropsychological and psychological evaluations as well as providing therapeutic intervention, but the practice could also be re-configured to meet the psychologist's needs. This would be a great opportunity for someone who wants to transition into a private practice setting, or move to Utah to start a practice. All furniture, office equipment, testing materials would be included in the sale. I would also be willing to share a large number of office forms, testing forms, and other valuable forms, checklists, etc. that I have created over the years, and I would be available for consultation if needed. The price is very reasonable and negotiable.
