CELEBRATING FELLOW STATUS IN IPA

Colleagues:

In recognition of IPA members who have been active volunteers, Fellow status was elevated and formalized in IPA's Bylaws to acknowledge your important contributions to IPA and the field of psychology.  In accordance with those Bylaws changes, which were approved by IPA’s members in October 2012 and updated in April 2021, you are invited to apply for official “Fellow” recognition.

Requirements:

(1)    Membership in IPA for at least five (5) years; and

(2)    Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional post-doctoral experience; and

(3)    No disciplinary action taken against the applicant by the Idaho Board of Psychologist Examiners in last five years; and

(4) At  least four (4) years of professionally-related volunteer service. A minimum of two (2) of the four (4) years must be for IPA. The remaining may be sole or combined in the following: IPA or another State, Territorial, Provincial Psychological Association (SPTA); APA or another national or regional psychological association; the Idaho Board of Psychologist Examiners or another official board of psychologist examiners; or professionally-related service to the community.

IPA is interested in honoring all deserving Full Members eligible for Fellow status.

To apply, just complete this application and submit.  The Membership Committee will review and get back to you.

IPA thanks potential Fellow applicants for your service and encourages all other members to consider volunteering for the profession.  It can be a very rewarding experience, personally and professionally.  Contact the IPA Office if you’d like to discuss ways to get more involved with IPA!

THANK YOU IPA FELLOWS

You make a difference!
