BAND Conference Overview

The BAND Conference is set in beautiful Sun Valley, home of world-class skiing, and brings together a multidisciplinary group of neurologists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, psychologists, nurses, social workers, counselors, and other allied health professionals who care for neurological and behavioral health patients.  The conference focuses on behavioral aspects of neurological disease with presentations on conversion, epilepsy, movement disorders and dementia given by national and regional experts.

We recognize that patients living with diseases of the brain and central nervous system have needs that span multiple disciplines. Many patients suffer from co-morbid mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. This multidisciplinary event encourages cooperative management by the care team.  In so doing, it is our hope that this conference will improve the well-being of people with these diagnoses in the communities we serve.
