The Idaho Psychological Association (IPA) Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Task Force uses scientific knowledge and IPA’s organizational resources to advocate for a broad scope of initiatives to IPA intended to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within Idaho’s psychological service provision. The EDI Task Force is responsible for leading efforts that ensure that EDI aims are embedded in all aspects of IPA’s culture, policies, and procedures. The Task Force also examines any other systematic barriers that exist in IPA in order to create a more varied and representative association.
