The BAND Conference is a four-day event at a family-friendly location that will include presentations by national and local experts in the fields of epilepsy, neurology, psychiatry, and neuropsychology. The 2024 BAND Conference will be held at the beautiful Sun Valley Resort in Sun Valley, Idaho. In addition to ample networking opportunities provided by the conference, the Resort offers excellent outdoor recreation including world class skiing, luxurious spa, snowshoeing, ice skating, sleigh rides, outdoor heated pools, restaurants, shopping, and other outdoor recreational activities.

Après Ski Event - $6,000
Help host this fun Saturday evening event. Conference participants come back from recreational activities to enjoy a nice round of appetizers and drinks and to socialize with other attendees and conference faculty. Offers prominent display of your company with signage.
EXHIBIT DETAILS:
We have space for 16 exhibitors in the exhibit room (Limelight A), which is adjacent to the Continental Room, where educational sessions will be held.
EXHIBIT TIMES:
Dedicated exhibitor times below are set aside with no classes or meetings scheduled. Attendees will be incentivized to visit each vendor table.
- Breakfast will be provided from Friday through Sunday in the exhibitor room.
- The opening night reception will be held in the exhibitor room on Thursday evening.
- There will an Après ski event held in the exhibitor room on Saturday evening.
- Refreshments during conference are hosted in the exhibitor room.
